Frequently Asked Questions
We require a ratio of 1 lifeguard for every 20 swimmers. If your event has 21 to 40 swimmers, a second lifeguard is required to ensure full coverage and safety.
Yes! Our certified lifeguards arrive in full uniform, equipped with professional lifesaving gear, a first aid kit, and pool toys/games. They also arrive 10 minutes early to conduct a quick safety sweep of the pool or waterfront area and review safety rules with guests before anyone gets in the water.
For locations outside our primary coverage zone (such as Caledon, Innisfil, Midhurst, etc.), a travel fee based on driving time will be included in your custom quote.
Our lifeguard will lead 1 hour of structured, age-appropriate in-water pool games and activities to keep young swimmers entertained and engaged safely.
For outdoor pools, if weather conditions (like lightning or heavy storms) make swimming unsafe, your event will be paused or rescheduled. Our team will coordinate directly with you to find a make-up time without any penalty.
