This course is designed to help beginner swimmers master the fundamentals of the freestyle stroke. We will guide you step-by-step through proper body positioning, breathing, kick & arm technique, and efficiency in the water. By the end of this course, participants will have the confidence and skills to swim freestyle comfortably and efficiently.
Module 1: Foundations of Freestyle

- Understanding body alignment and water resistance
- Equipment needed: swim cap, goggles, and optional kickboard
Lesson 1.2: Body Position and Balance
